#asktheexpert Hi my son is 3 month old and he is frequently sucking his fingers. shall I use any teether or pacifier??

A. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple if cleaned. the problem arises when it falls down and goes again inside dthe oral cavity of the child without proper cleaning and sterilization. if it is not clesaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection and cough and cold and loose motion
