A. hi no need of both of the things because first thing ,as child is 3 months old ,he or she can not hold teether or dont require it . second if you are thinking to give pacifire ,its ok to give it but better to avoid ,because on long run it will make your child habitutated of it and can cause tooth alignment problem.
