RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You should give balanced diet to the child include every thing Roti sabji Dal rice Paratha whatever you preparing at her go ahead with giving more of cottage cheese or tofu and if you give non-veg them prefer more of non-veg as well
