A. it is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury. also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor. it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related to injury. you can give paracetamold to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops. you can apply warm compresses over any swelling. if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately

A. If your son fell down and has been crying constantly since morning, it's essential to take his symptoms seriously and seek medical attention promptly. Here are some steps you can take: 1. **Assess for Signs of Injury**: Check your son for any visible injuries, such as bumps, bruises, or cuts. Pay attention to any areas of tenderness or swelling, especially around the head and neck. 2. **Monitor for Symptoms of Concussion**: Watch for symptoms such as persistent crying, vomiting, lethargy, irritability, changes in behavior, difficulty waking up, or unequal pupil size. If you notice any of these signs, seek medical attention immediately. 3. **Comfort and Reassure**: Comfort your son and provide reassurance. Hold him close and speak soothingly to help calm him down. 4. **Contact Your Pediatrician**: Call your pediatrician or seek medical attention promptly. Describe your son's symptoms and the circumstances of the fall to the healthcare provider. They can provide further guidance on how to proceed and may recommend bringing your son in for evaluation. 5. **Apply Ice or Cold Compress**: If there are any visible bumps or bruises, you can apply a cold compress wrapped in a cloth to help reduce swelling and discomfort. Be sure to wrap the compress to avoid direct contact with the skin. 6. **Avoid Medications**: Do not give your son any medications without consulting a healthcare professional, especially if you're unsure about the severity of his injury. It's important not to underestimate the potential seriousness of a fall, especially if your child is exhibiting unusual symptoms such as persistent crying. Trust your instincts as a parent and seek medical attention promptly to ensure your son receives the appropriate evaluation and care.
