Q.

#asktheexpert Hi, my son 5 months old always sleeps on his side but never on back. However I roll him on back he again turns to sideways. Will it be any problem in future?

A. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleeping on the tummy. (one important point that has to be taken care of is that the child should be made to sleep on the tummy only under observation). when the neck holding becomes proper than you can leave the child in tummy position without any observation. the important thing is that if the childx is not having any difficulty in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can continue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position. but if you feel that the child is having regular coughing as well as xbreathing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child

A. hello for the baby at this age it is fine to let the baby sleep on its comfortable position and it is not a problem and nothing to worry and it is totally safe as long as babies comfortable and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
