#AskTheExpert Hi, my name is ISHA. My son of 10yr old has only 31 kg weight. My younger son of 4 yrs has 15 kg weight. Are they underweight ? If yes, suggest solutions for the same.

Bth Seem to have a decent weight so don’t worry about that your child is 10 years and 31 KG weight is decent enough if your child is active tall then don’t worry about it weight increases with time but as of now for a 10 year old and 30 KG is a decent enough weight and the younger one also has a decent weight I would not say that your child is precisely underweight it’s okay it’s kind of an average weight but it is decent
