#asktheexpert Hi.. my lo is 6m, 3w old. she dosent sleep much during day. but she sleeps well through night from around 10 to 7 and wakes for feed twice and dozes of. how can I help her take naps during day. she is active and not fussy though she dosent take a nap.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it is totally fine mam your child is having enough sleep in the night that is why he remains active and a Happy Child in the morning to there is nothing much to worry about with the growing age there are so many variations in kids growing pattern it's totally fine
