#asktheexpert hi My little one is 6month now , from past 2weeks wile she is taking feed she is making sound as if she is constipated -later she passing poop which is in liquid state - most of the time What might be the reason - should I change my diet if yes what should be avoided

you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should beConstipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake.
some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
