A. As a mom who's been through this, I'd recommend giving your child more high-fiber foods like apples with the skin, pears, prunes, peas, and sweet potatoes. Whole grains like oatmeal and whole wheat bread can also make a big difference. Ensure they drink plenty of water and try a bit of diluted apple or pear juice. A. Give more water give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
