#asktheexpert Hi my lil one is 10 months old how much water I should give her to avoid dehydration. She is breastfeeding child and I have introduced solids as well. Also she seems less interested in fruits but eats other things like dal sabji n all

A. offer 2 to 3 oz of water everyday. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand. h
