#asktheexpert hi my left side breast is full of pain d it become too big d very hard, while feeding it s v painful, am not facing same in right side , it s very smooth , plz give me a solution, I have 3months old boy baby, I don't like to stop feeding ...

Arti DubeyMom of a 4 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. give hot compression, gently massage the breast in circular motion and try to express the milk either by feeding the baby or using a breast pump, you can also try hand expression by sliding your fingers from areola to nipple but it's a bit painful. once the breast is empty you will feel comfortable. if you face this problem frequently you can consult a gynecologist.
