#asktheexpert hi my daughter is very active but having less weight according to her age. is it ok?

A. yes this might be a reason. Or may be she is not gaining more weight because of teeths as she has grown 10-12 teeths.

A. okay.. as your child looks happy and active no need to worry. it might happen that your child activity level is more and it causes low weight gain.

A. hi yes ,as your child is active enough ,as such there isn't any problem. but for healthy weight gain offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give Massage to your child daily. maintain good hygiene.
