Q.

#AskTheExpert hi my daughter is overweight (29kg) what can I do to ensure she has the right weight. Pls note she eats home cooked healthy food most of the times. Junk eating or munching between meals is almost negligible. Pls guide.

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active eating homemade food only, then avoid giving too much sugary meals, potatoes, rice etc as these increase the weight. Also indulge ur baby in some physical activity like running, cycling etc. It will be fine. Take care
