#asktheexpert Hi my daughter is on exclusive breastfeeding. I am taking calcium and multivitamin tablets. can I take vitamin E supplements or not ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. there is no problem taking any vitamin supplements if you are having deficiency during breastfeeding nj for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
