Mam antibiotics are not meant to be given just for no reason and follow a continuous time it actually affects the liver of the child so right out the problem is persisting try these three home remedies where you can go for nebulising with water give juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper to the child turmeric milk you should give twice in a day and last if you can continue with warm water that will help if nothing is helping you should get an allergy test done for your child
