A. Dear parent, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast, so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. hi as a child is 5 months old ,for Healthy weight gain , you should offer breastfeeding whenever it is needed. feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. give gentle massage to your child everyday ,I would suggest Babyhug massage oil which is best .
