#asktheexpert hi my daughter is 4.5 month old.. nowadays after breastfeeding my stomach becomes empty soon feeling very empty stomach , breathing also difficult after breastfeeding actually my weight is 48 kg only... May I know the reason and solution.

A. Hi an addition Don't over use senitizer or any antibacterials

A. Hi parent Some suggestions which would be of much help The first , don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350 Take sunbath daily Take more probiotics and millets and fruits rich diet
