ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. giving Gripe water or Janam ghutti to your baby it is quite common for babies drinking exclusively mothers milk to go without poopy diaper even for one week time as long as he is comfortable and accepting feed normally nothing to worry
