#asktheexpert Hi , my daughter is 2years 8months I want to know what milk supplement is best for her. And if i should introduce milk supplement to her. She eats just fine, fruits vegetables everything but is very moody ..sometimes she eats and sometimes dont and it stresses me out. Kindly suggest.

its good to give ir afd dry fruit mix powder, date syrup ,in her milk.
keep offering her all typrs of food in diffrent taste n texture
