#asktheexpert hi my daughter is 2 yr old baby..my baby is very lean can u recommend some healthy food

A. Namaste Mom, Been lean isnt bad though as far as she is eating healthy and active for her age, it could be her metabolism is such, so basically give her eggs if preffered , also dals , legumes such as chana , rajma etc , sprouts , milk , fruit milk shakes as well, dry fruits , nuts and seeds, panner., tofu , ghee
