#asktheexpert Hi my daughter is 2.6 yrs old and her weight is 11kg for 3-4 months. any advice please.

A. Hai good morning !! Yes weight gain rate slows sometimes remains same for 2-3 months as they achieve milestones always being active ... If baby is active achieving milestones then dont worry. Give protrin,calorie rich foods - Banana,mango,potato,beans,peas,dals,ghee,cheese, butter,curd,paneer,egg,meat helps in weight gain.

A. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight
