Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) whole milk
-3 tbsp. (21 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
-3/4 cup (170 grams) full fat plain Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp. (21 grams) honey
-1 tbsp. (16 grams) peanut butter
steps for making
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until thick and smooth.
2.It’s recommended to add the cocoa powder gradually to prevent caking.
b) Milkshakes

ingredients
- 10-15 seedless dates
- 15 almonds
- 10 whole cashews
- 1/4 cup hot milk for soaking
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon basil seeds
- 1 cup of cold milk(whole milk or almond milk)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Chopped nuts and saffron strands for garnish (optional)
steps
1. Soak 15 almonds, 10-15 seedless dates, and 10 whole cashews in 1/4 cup of hot milk for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, soak 1 tablespoon of basil seeds in water for 5-6 minutes.
3. Blend soaked almonds, dates, and cashews with the soaking milk until smooth.
4. Add 1 cup of cold milk,1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder & 1 tbsp honey to the blender, and blend until creamy.
5. Mix in the soaked basil seeds.
6. Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strands if desired.
