Dry fruits can be given regularly to the child you should give proper food to the child whatever you traditionally making at home proper vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein basically a balanced nutritious diet is a key to every thing yet if you feel the results are not happening then take an advice with your paediatrician or a general physician on this
