Q.

#asktheexpert hi ..my daughter is 10months old and her birth weight was 3.07kg but now she is 7.6kg only i don't know if she will triple her birth weight by 1yr.. is this weight very low wat foods shld i give to increase her weight and also she was lactose intolerant frm 4 months so can I try ghee for baby now.

A. I’m actually I can tell you that your child is not going to reach that milestone because right now your child is maintaining double the birth weight approximately maybe a kilo kilogram or so by the side so your child is little behind the schedule weight so I’m just going to recommend you to give more vegetarian proteins to the child lactose free protein would be soya and tofu that you can give to the child and if needed you can visit a nutritionist for a diet plan to follow
