#AskTheExpert Hi , my daughter is 1 month old , she passes stool after every feed and since 2 days the colour of the stool has been slightly black. Please suggest if this is a matter of concern.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi usually it is normal for newborns to pass stool right after feeding but as a child is passing black stool ,let me know whether you are giving iron drops to your child or not? if you are giving iron drops and if a child is not showing any discomfort along with it then you should not worry about it much.
