Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as your breasts are overflowing,it means your child is also getting enough milk and mam,if your child is happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then it means that your child is getting enough milk
