Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi, My baby is now 3.6 yrs old. His getting reduced.. any solutions to increase his weight.. he looks so thin.

A. Make sure your child is eating well as the growth is greatly dependent on body's nourishment. For better growth include all the food groups in meals such as grains, pulses, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, eggs etc. Also observe other aspects of health such as energy level, immunity, digestion, if any issues here then consult a Nutritionist.

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits and dairy products
