Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of veggies, fruits, pulses. You can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is less oily and less spicy. Use ghee instead. Avoid sugar products and use jaggery which is rich in iron. Give buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, vegetable soups and always give lukewarm water after feeding anything which helps in good digestion. And it is good if you avoid supplements because it contains preservatives and sugar. Instead try to give natural home-made food which are best for babies.Take Baby for cycling or walking to play outside in sunlight for about one hour in a day.Write Your Answer Here
