Q.

#asktheexpert Hi, My baby is nearly 3 months old now. I don't have enough breast milk and she is on formula feed. People say that formula fed babies are prone to diseases. is that true? and I am feeling Dexolac for my baby. which is the best formula powder for babies?

A. That’s absolutely rubbish don’t believe what people say if it was that why do you think doctors would ever advise you to go for something which is unhealthy for your child it is actually a very good mix and very balanced milk as a breastfeeding to a child so need not worry about it and don’t listen to what people say

A. hi dear Health experts agree that breastfeeding is the healthiest option for both mom and baby. They recommend that babies feed only on breast milk for the first 6 months, and then continue to have breast milk as a main part of their diet until they are at least 1 and better 2 years old.
