#AskTheExpert Hi. My baby is exclusively on breastfeeding. I had a doubt. The sweets that I consume, is it going to impact my child in anyway? If yes, how will it impact my child. He is 3 months old.

A. which types of sweet you are taking.. try to limit sugar n have naturally sweet food.. take more protein eich food and plenty of fluids.. take care..
