Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with muiucous and foul smtell in motion than there could be some infection.

Green colour stool is normal in babies.
This is due to imbalance between fore milk and hind milk in breast feed babies.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds,gaining weight then no need to worry
