ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. If the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling then consult your paediatrician and get it checked as green colour watery stools can be due to stomach infection. If the consistency of the stool is normal then nothing to worry

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear Green poo is fine not an issue. Po color shouldn't be black or red anytime. The color doesn't matter much always check for consistency. If consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then it is important to check with your doctor.
