#AskTheExpert hi my baby is 9 months. She only like eating cerelac or milk based food. She don’t chew and I have to grind everything. Pls suggest how to bring her on solid food and change her taste. In fruits she only take banana rest not eating.

A. hi, that's okay, she is just 9 month only. Feed Hand Mashed food to your kid . Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals. Identify when he is hungry enough, to feed your kid.
