#AskTheExpert Hi My baby is 8 month old and weight is 6.15kg. I wanted to know is it less or good ? her birth weight was 3.2kg. from last 2 months we are observing her weight is varying between 6.15 to 6.45kg only not increasing. What should we do?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months and ideally 8 months old baby should have weight between 5.5 to 7 kg so don't worry your child weighs normal
