#AskTheExpert Hi, My baby is 4.5 month old(breast feed only). Its veen three days he is not passing motion. Do I need to worry? Please advice.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. no wry it is ok .Infants may not pass motion daily . It may be 2 to 3 days or may be up to 7 days . No need to use any medication as such but glycerine suppository can be used over the area for lubrication if baby not passed motion for 7 days

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning it is common for small children to be constipated nothing to worry about as long as your baby passes motion even once in four days it is absolutely fine there is nothing to worry about
