#AskTheExpert Hi!! My baby is 3 months old. Can we start giving her little bit of ripe banana, Ragimalt etc along with mothers milk. My and grandmother and mother used to give to us.

No other foods or fluids – including water – are not necessary till 6 months.
Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .
Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.
