Q.
#asktheexpert hi.. my baby is 3 and half months old.. she takes both formula and breast feed from second month.. but from past three weeks she is pooping with lot of mucous and frequently.. Motion test results as no allergic to lactose.. our doctor said it might be a secondary lactose intolerance..

they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or mfedical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor.
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Maybe it could be because of that and sometimes due to an infection also mucus can be seen but since you’re already conducted the test and I would recommend you to shift to non-lactose milk for the time being and see if the condition changes
