#asktheexpert Hi, My baby is 17th months old and she is getting rashes on her face, neck and head .. that is very itchy. She will not able to sleep due to itching and sweat. I tried Atarax syrup and moisturex lotion but that is not working .. Kindly help ..

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...This could be eczema which has red dots or spot ... itchy patches on the skin, often seen on the baby's chest, arms, legs, face, elbows, and behind the knee which is caused by dry, sensitive skin, and sometimes allergies (although it can be difficult at this age to know what the trigger might be...like bedsheet pillows blanket etc washed in detergent which is not baby friendly use Dettol wash all...also Put Emolene cream it worked for.my baby
