A. Hi, white patches indicates lot of reasons, might be skin allergy,vitamin deficiency,dry skin, worms. please find out the reason,so that you can get the solution. Apply coconut oil every alternative day and give bath. Apply moisturiser immediately after bath. Use lukewarm water to give bath. You can use cetaPhil body lotion orAveeno baby cream. Also give adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin.
