#asktheexpert Hi, my baby completed 6 months 2 days back. so shall we give her now oats, phirni in tond and cow milk?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning ... ! Cow milk,buffalo milk ,egg,meat,sugar,salt,oil are not suggested below one year.
You can introduce fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes by boiling/steaming veggies,fruits finely mash and feed in semi solid form ,cerelac,kichdi,idly,porridges are suggested.
But check suitability of every new food item.
