#AskTheExpert hi, my baby boy is 1.2 yrs old. He has trouble sleeping every night. His eyes are entirely sleepy but he keeps tossing on bed. Neither he stays on the lap. he can keep tossing on bed for up to 2-3 hours. we have a set routine for bed time in spite of that this is every night's case

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to pick the regular pattern of sleep by the baby and feed your baby well and both should be correlated and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
