#AskTheExpert . Hi My baby age 8 Months. She is allergic to lactose. Doctor forbid giving milk &wheat products. Please guide how can I keep her nutrition right?

A. Don’t panic and don’t worry as ther me are substitutes like almond milk or soy milk and apart from wheat you can give millets like ragi Jowar bajra and give rice in any form like khichdi idli dosa uthapam appam
