#asktheexpert hi, my 11months old is very fussy regarding food, but she usually eats a little what we are eating not her baby food, what to include in her diet (veg) except spinach to fullfill her iron requirements?

A. to fulfill iron requirements.. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, pomegranate, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.
