#asktheexpert hi mam,when can we start solid food for my baby.his age is 5 months 10 days. kindly suggest few healthy solid foods

Not as of now the child has to be six months complete before you start giving anything other than the feeding that you are giving so stick to the feeding as of now that’s enough for the child for the growth and weight gain of the child so after completing the age of six months only
