#asktheexpert hi mam/sir, I am having enough milk in my brest in morning but it going reduce. and in night my milk supply is getting very low. what are the reasons and solutions please help.

A. hi breastfeeding not only work on demand and supply ,phisyological and psychological factors too affect it so , if you have having work load and stress , it can decrease your milk supply so please avoid taking stress , drink plenty of fluids and manage your milk supply through pumping at regular hours.
