A. It's not ideal to feed your 8-month-old baby CrackJack biscuits with basil milk. Here's why: Why CrackJack Biscuits Are Not Recommended? ❌ High in Sugar & Salt – Can be harmful to baby’s kidneys. ❌ Contains Preservatives & Refined Flour – Hard to digest. ❌ Low in Nutrients – No essential vitamins or minerals. ❌ Risk of Choking – Biscuits can become sticky and cause difficulty swallowing. Is Basil Milk Safe? ✅ Basil (Tulsi) has medicinal properties, but ❌ Milk is not recommended before 1 year (except breast/formula milk). ❌ Tulsi might be strong for a baby’s tummy in large amounts. What to Feed Instead? ✅ Soft Finger Foods: Boiled sweet potato, banana, avocado, carrot sticks. ✅ Homemade Biscuits: Ragi, oat, or whole wheat biscuits (without sugar & salt). ✅ Healthy Porridge: Ragi porridge, moong dal khichdi, suji kheer. ✅ Mashed Fruits & Vegetables: Apple puree, pear puree, pumpkin mash.
