❌ Contains Preservatives & Refined Flour – Hard to digest.
❌ Low in Nutrients – No essential vitamins or minerals.
❌ Risk of Choking – Biscuits can become sticky and cause difficulty swallowing.
Is Basil Milk Safe?
✅ Basil (Tulsi) has medicinal properties, but
❌ Milk is not recommended before 1 year (except breast/formula milk).
❌ Tulsi might be strong for a baby’s tummy in large amounts.
What to Feed Instead?
✅ Soft Finger Foods: Boiled sweet potato, banana, avocado, carrot sticks.
✅ Homemade Biscuits: Ragi, oat, or whole wheat biscuits (without sugar & salt).
✅ Healthy Porridge: Ragi porridge, moong dal khichdi, suji kheer.
✅ Mashed Fruits & Vegetables: Apple puree, pear puree, pumpkin mash.
