#AskTheExpert Hi Mam, My son is around 5 months old.What is the ideal time to start solid foods and what are the foods to introduce initially. Could you please suggest. Thank you.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can help but o solids till the baby complete 6 months as baby cannot digest
