It may be lymph nodes which can be seen with kids and they have an effect of swelling most of the time so it’s important for you to visit your paediatrician without a physical assessment he also cannot confirm what is the issue and once they confirm that it is lymph nodes or something else they will be able to treat your child correctly as per the issue that is there
