#AskTheExpert hi mam, my son is 3 years old. he eat solid liquid food and not interested in eating food.. I make verity of food.. but he chew and through food.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Reduce liquids intake. And have good intervals between meals. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given take care
