Q.

#AskTheExpert hi mam my mom told that after the delivery we won't get mensus for 8 to 9 months but for me it's not happened i got my mensus immediately after 1 month of delivery I am getting my mensus regularly is there any problem??? will it effect in future?????

A. see there is no such rule. ok. if you eat well you get them fine and then there is role of breastfeeding too. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. Hello dear parent! Do not worry. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year of delivery. It all depends on the hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
